Consider me officially shocked
I was astounded by the paradise-like location and stunning sea views. The terrace breakfast was a delightful experience. Yet, the dining options fell short, with limited variety and quality. The hotel has outdated decor and noise could be an issue, but if you’re after a breathtaking view and good accessibility to Lapad and Dubrovnik, it’s worth it.

Fantastic Views and Great Company
We just returned from a lovely five-night stay where we enjoyed stunning sea views from our balcony and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast was a delightful mix of local and international dishes, making each morning special. The private beach area was tranquil, perfect for relaxing after exploring Dubrovnik. However, a lift would have made carrying our luggage upstairs much easier.

Amazing sea view from the balcony.
During our stay, accessing our room was a hassle due to the lack of a lift, and we had to climb multiple flights of stairs daily. The soundproofing was unbelievably poor. we could hear every loud conversation and door slamming from the neighboring rooms. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar, with sticky spots that should have been addressed before our arrival, leaving us frustrated.

The spectacular sea view from the room was a highlight, along with the private rock beach that was perfect for relaxation. Staff were particularly attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. However, the bedding could use an update, and while the food was decent, it didn't really impress. Some amenities felt outdated, which detracted from the otherwise enjoyable experience.

The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The sea view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, enhancing our evenings.
The hotel does not have an elevator, which made carrying our luggage a bit of a workout.

I stayed in a Double/Twin Room with a balcony and sea view. The room was spacious and had amazing views of the water, perfect for sunset watching! The beds were super comfy, and I loved having a nice balcony to relax on. On the downside, the decor felt a bit dated, and the bathroom had some mold issues. But overall, the room was clean, and I enjoyed my time there.

Stunning Views but Some Issues
I loved the breathtaking sea view from our Double/Twin Room with a balcony. The location is a bonus, just a short walk to the larger beach. However, the thin walls were disruptive, and the dinner buffet didn’t meet expectations. Travelers should bring their own snacks!

Clean hotel, serene atmosphere, with a lovely terrace enjoying breakfast and quick access to a beach. A short bus ride makes getting to the Old Town very convenient.
No faults whatsoever.
